THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS ONLINE COMMUNITY IS TO:

• Raise awareness in LMICs on the use different access strategies, with special focus on Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) and other financing mechanisms as policy solutions to promote early and sustainable access to innovative medicines in various contexts and circumstances.
• Increase the stock of knowledge on the potential aspects that may help or hinder the inception of MEAs and other financial mechanisms in LMICs.
• Build up capacity in LMICs on modelling/ simulation policy solutions for NCDs (both for payers and developers).
• Advocate for policy dialogue among payers, regulators and the pharmaceutical sector for developing policy frameworks that will benefit patients, while bearing in mind financial constraints.
• Promote knowledge sharing at a global scale for scaling up these policy solutions in other settings.
